Fitness & Conditioning Class

This friendly and supportive Fitness & Conditioning Class is run by Jo Torr (a personal trainer who runs Torr de Force), on Wednesdays from 9:30 – 10:30am (term-time only).

The classes (£6 per person per session) include boxing, high intensity interval training, strength training (using kettle-bells and dumbbells), core-based work, all to music with a thorough warm and cool down.
